Реально ли сделать ремонт и не сойти с ума

Рылся в интернете, как сделать облицовку в ванной. На одних сайтах — «просто намажьте клеем», но встречалось и — целые трактаты с кучей ненужных шагов. Пока не обнаружил каталог где нет воды, с реальными советами профессионалов без этой ерунды. Вот, может кому пригодится
